Ecoturf Synthetic Surfaces

I originally wrote a glowing review for EcoTurf and Tommy in 2024 after deciding to have them install a backyard putting green. While the installation felt rushed under a different project manager, the finished product looked fantastic. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The turf on the putting surface began to wrinkle, so I notified Tommy. He responded promptly, reassured me the issue would be fixed, and sent an employee to inspect and confirm the problem. However, after that initial visit, nothing was scheduled. I followed up with Tommy weekly, always remaining patient and polite, but months went by with no repair. Eventually, Tommy came out himself, acknowledged the problem, and promised to take care of it when his crew was in the area?maybe "in a week or so." Still, nothing was ever set up. Now, over a year has passed and my messages are now completely ignored. The three-year installation warranty turned out to be meaningless, and I feel like I was just strung along.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I have to say working with Tommy and Eco Turf was an incredible experience. Not only did he take the time to provide a number of samples and talk to each one so we had a strong understanding of what would work best for both our pup and toddler, he also worked with us when it came to budget. He had such a positive energy and was completely professional. The crew came to the house within a week and was able to install everything on schedule. He went above and beyond. I would strongly recommend.
