We are retired. As such, we have no income other than from social security and investments. This made it virtually impossible for us to refinance our home. We spoke with many banks and mortgage brokers who told us it couldn't be done, but not Blake Kleckner.
Because he is an accountant by education, he worked much differently than the typical loan officers who are just salespeople. We got an exceptional interest rate without having to pay anything out-of-pocket for our loan because Blake found a creative way to structure it. In addition, it funded in less than 30 days from when it was submitted.
Blake is extremely professional, very well organized, and answers all questions promptly and completely. In addition, he was available to us 7 days a week, which made a big difference to us. The entire loan process was exceedingly efficient, and the loan was delivered as promised in every respect. Actually, it exceeded our expectations.
I highly recommend Blake to anyone looking for a loan officer who really knows how to creatively structure loans regardless of the circumstances. He doesn't believe in the impossible.
