Dave has been our sales agent for 2 properties which my credit union has had to sell on the market.  However, the work he's done on these sales goes far beyond what an average agent might perform.  We are a small institution and have limited expertise in real estate sales.  Dave took over all the details in listing the properties, coordinating minor improvements, scheduleing inspections, and even cleaning up the properties.  His work was invaluable to the quick sale of both properties.  I cannot recommend him enough, his hard work and professionalism allowed us to get the best price possible. 

Dave was awesome! As first-time home buyers, we knew very little about the process and he carefully educated us about every phase: financing, property selection, tax issues, all of the paperwork and contracts that are required, the closing, and even issues we encountered after closing. He was knowledgeable, he understood what resources were available to us, and he was good at negotiating. Through his efforts we were able to purchase our ideal home. I have recommended Dave to numerous friends and they have all been thrilled with his performance. I highly recommend him.

We were looking for a home and had a horrible experiences our previous agent; I found Dave here on Angie's List, and wow, what a difference! He was professional, responsive, and listened to what we had to say! He was very up to date on all the current incentives available to us as first time home buyers, and we were pleasantly surprised at all the things available to us. Although our first choice of homes with the original agent had fallen out of escrow, the sellers came back with a deal too good to pass up, so, although it killed us to go that route, we decided to accept the seller's offer and go back to our original agent. If I could have figured out a way to give Dave the credit and commission, believe me, I would have. I will definitely call Dave FIRST next time around, and recommend him with the highest of praise, and even more important, integrity.
