Dash Mortgage

This is the third time I have use Dan Horgan with Dash Mortgage. Our situation was particularly difficult the first time and a few problems the second time. Dan worked exceptionally hard to resolve all our issues. The lenders he uses gave us great rates and the costs were minimal. I actually offered him a bonus after our second time, and he wouldn't take it. Right now, we are closing on our third refinance with Dan. I would never go to anyone else.

Dan was extremely responsive. He was able to get us competitive rates for our varying scenarios (increase in our home's equity, improved credit score after we paid down our debt with a cashout refi, husband finishing school and getting a job which enabled us to get a 15YR fixed, etc). I have worked with many loan professionals over the past 20 years and none are as detailed and responsive as Dan. He worked 24/7 to get the loans we wanted locked and closed, always with no points or fees.

This isn't my first refinance. The staff who worked on our load went above and beyond our expectations. Any time something extra was needed, I was quick to get it and sent in. And in a space of 30 days, we closed our loan. Thanks to Dash Mortgage. I will definitely consider using Dash Mortgage again if I need another loan!

Dan Horgan did an outstanding job! Having done numerous real estate loans over the years Dan has absolutely been the best to deal with.
