Just what I needed

Curtis is the person to go to for old fashion quality and service. He diagnosed a leak behind the machine that I thought was from the machine, but was from a clogged drain.

I didn't actually use Curtis. I called and he responded promptly, informing me that he wasn't a good fit for the service I was looking for. He pointed me in the right direction and provided great context to what I was trying to do. I appreciated the help and that he took the time to walk me through my request. Great professionalism and customer service.

VERY COURTEOUS RECEPTION ON THE PHONE. MADE APPOINTMENT, TECHNICIAN CAME ON TIME, VERY COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FIXED THE LEAK AND LEFT.

I was very happy with the repair. He was professional and reasonably priced and he did a good job.

Left a message on Curtis' office answering machine which he returned a few hours later. After describing my problem and reviewing some of the sounds and symptons he warned me that it sounded like the sealed coolant system/compressor was malfunctioning. If that was the case the cost of repair wasn't going to be worth it and I'd need to buy a new refrigerator. He wouldn't know for sure unless he saw it but wanted me to know that I might be wasting $60, his service call fee, to have me hear the same thing he just told me on the phone. Since the refrigerator is only 7 years old I felt I'd take a chance and have Curtis look at it anyway. My lucky day, it turned out to be a relay that controls the compressor and an easy fix. The complete job took about 20 minutes. Curtis mentioned he'd been repairing appliances for 27 years. He certainly knows his appliances. I'd heard about Curtis from my neighbor. I'd use him again.

Great. I've been using Curtis Crater since I moved here 4 years ago and he is great. He knows his stuff, he is prompt to call me back when I call, quick to get out to perform whatever repair I need. He explains things to me and answers any questions I have. I trust him, he is honest and very reliable.

HE CHECKED IT OUT AND REPLACED A PART AND THEN THE OVEN WOULD WORK. HE DID A GOOD JOB. HE WAS A LITTLE LATE, BUT NOT MUCH. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
