The guys carefully sealed the pipe, checked over everything else, then did a wonderful clean and flush of the pipes. They even showed us an easy technique to clean and flush the pipes ourselves in the future. They were wondering if they could help us at all - it seemed like a pest problem, not a plumbing problem - but they rolled up their sleeves, found the issue and fixed it. That was over a week ago, and no more drain flies! Their professionalism and willingness to take their time was fantastic.

I have used them several times. They have been punctual, professional, fast. They aren't the cheapest provider, but they get the job done. I would definitely recommend them. Well worth the price.

,Worked on lines consistently until job was finished, Could have communicated a little better about status of job, arrival and departure, but the bottom line is, they completed the job and our gas lines are restored, which is what we asked for. Price was fair, and when we continued to experience a problem with a leaking line, they returned, found the problem, and repaired the area, without further charge. We appreciated that. Would use Crandall's again because they were fast, and dependably completed the job.

I called the office and Kathy helped me with making the appointment. She was very friendly and prompt about getting someone out right away. Jared came out today to re-plumb the gas pipes that go the gas meter. SoCal Gas is installing new meters at every house in OC, and my pipes needed to be re-plumbed to fit the new meter appropriately. Jared was on time, super friendly and very professional. I had him to quote a bathroom plumbing project while he was here. I will definitely hire Crandall's again, and will be using them for the bathroom project. Thank you so much Jarrod and Kathy!! I would highly recommend this team! :)

I don't know much about plumbing but I do know the system at my house is abnormal. It needs major work that I just can't afford at this point in time. Crandall's snakes my drain whenever it starts backing up which happens every 2-3 months (I have so much hair), and each time I'm happy I called them. Their guys are honest, polite and upfront. They show up literally to the minute of when they say they will be at my house. Pricing is not super cheap but is fair. I recommend them to friends and family whenever I hear of someone's plumbing issues.

Did a fantastic job, very polite. Robert was the plumber and he had an assistant Devon. They were efficient and really great. I am happy with job and with the company. They were courteous as well.

Paul showed up exactly at 8:00 a.m. as promised, snaked the drain out plus advised us on a downstairs sink that was running very slowly. He said that we have galvanized pipes and it could be a messy job to fix the pipe if replacing the trap didn't go as planned. He advised to wait until after the holidays as it could involve ripping out a wall. We are very pleased with his services and will use him in the future.
It seems all of the contractors, i.e., painting, electrical and now plumbing that we have used through Angie's List have been great! We've heard such horror stories in the past about contractors that it has made us very skeptical to have work done on our house but now we are beginning to feel more comfortable about doing upgrades to our house.

Showed up on time prepared to get the job done. Up front on cost and stuck to the estimate. Reasonable cost but not cheap. Did a great job.

Called Sam out to check on my plumbing that was making noise. Come to find out I had a slab leak under the foundation of my home. He assessed the situation and presented a work order to repair the issue. I accepted and Crandall's Plumbing started to work right away. They diverted all my underground pipes, replaced all my fixtures, and water heater. They finished everything in a week without damaging the concrete foundation, Stucco, drywall. and floors. All this I got for a very good price. They were very clean and pleasant to work with.

I contacted them and the girl that answered the phone was nice. We were able to set up an appointment for that same day between the hours of 3:00 and 4:00. She called about 2:30 just to let me know the technician was running a little late because he got held up on another job. I then got another friendly call to let me know he was on his way. The first guy who came out did some preliminary work to find the problem, and when he was not able to resolve it he had a co-worker come out. The first plumber left and the 2nd plumber was patient and stayed until the job was done. I had no idea where the main was and after he tried to get the clog from the roof and that didn't work he helped me to find the main which existed on the side of my house under a lot of weeds. It was getting near 6:00 pm at this point and he just stayed and got it done. He was nice and explained that with my older plumbing only toilet paper should be flushed and nothing else. I would use them again if need be even though a number of people said I was overcharged. I may have been but the problem is solved and they were easy and nice to work with.

Sam gave me a quote over the phone and after I compared his price to others I talked to I chose his company. He did exactly what he said he would do and did not charge me more when he did the job.

One of the employee named Paul came over and checked all the connections and was looking for the pump for the system. He checked and took a picture of the model. After making some calls he found it and started to test it. After a while he said that the pump was functioning but the type of system we had needed to run overnight so we could make sure that the heat was coming out from the vent.

We are landlords and when we need plumbing assistance, we usually need it yesterday so that our tenants are not inconvenienced any more than necessary. We have used Crandall's Plumbing several times. They have been very responsive and have done a good work. They go to great lengths to work around the customer's schedule, which is very important to us! We haven't used anybody else since we started using them.
In the past we have encountered plumbers who simply refused to come out and bid a job for us or who would give us a high bid simply because they were not overly excited about the work. We don't have that problem with Crandall's Plumbing! Whatever it is, no matter how difficult or potentially dirty and ugly a job may appear, we know we can count on Sam Crandall and his crew to get us out of jam, do it professionally, and charge us a fair price! On the last two jobs we did not even ask Sam for a price beforehand. We just called and told him what we needed, knowing our problems would go away and that when the bill arrived we would feel the we were being charged a fair price. We fully intend to use Crandall's Plumbing again in the future.
