THE MEN WERE FRIENDLY. IT TOOK TWO TO THREE HOURS TO CLEAN THE CARPET. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK QUICKLY. THEY HAD A PROFESSIONAL LOOK TO THEM. THE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE INITIAL CALL. I DIDN'T LIKE THE CHEM DRY, THOUGH, BECAUSE SPOTS CAME BACK. WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
