Randy was really great. I was having trouble because I'd been told I had mold, but it wasn't visible and no one could figure out where it was (and each remediation company wanted thousands to fix it where they thought it was). Randy came, looked around and took samples. He asked lots of questions and really explained everything. He was very nice and professional. As soon as the results came in, he called me on the phone then emailed and snail mailed me the reports.
