Tom first tried to see if the rollers could be adjusted without replacing. Tom then completely removed the door to replace the rollers with high quality ones. Since the construction style required trimming a bit of the door, the work came in at the high end of the estimate. The price was fair considering how much work he had to do. (The glass door is heavy and unwieldy). Tom's manner is professional and courteous with a bit of humor thrown in.
