They provided good service and we were happy with them. They did what they said they're going to do and their price was good.

We like them. Their cost were excellent, their knowledge of what they were doing was excellent. They seem to know what they were well doing and friendly. When they gave their estimates, they were clear. The entire process was good. They do not return their messages because that makes any sense. So, we have to do some pushing on that regard. Other than that is their only fault. These guys are still, good, and know what they are doing. But it is hard to get hold of the son, Patrick, a couple of times, they were local. It is frustrating and that was the only thing about them that I did not like. But they were fine. We made contact and took care of business. They did beautiful skilled work.

C& M Windows provided us with accurate estimates.  Our windows were Superior Aluminium Windows. We have a Mid Century Modern design house with 20 windows some of which  reach to the peak of the roof.  We have 5 sliders. (79 -1/2 ")  Some additional fabrication
had to be fashioned in order to accommodate where windows and sliders met. 
The installers were efficient, on time and cleaned the working area.  Our living arrangements were not interrupted.
C& M Windows Co  (Patrick Clarke) were very easy to work with, answered our questions promptly and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in having their windows upgraded.  We are also planning to have them renovate  our front entrance.

I used Them last 2005. They're very good and they did a good job. They give us the quote for the entire house but they were willing to do a section at a time. They were accommodating. They did a good work and clean up. They're very nice and easy to talk to. They're very courteous and I'm very pleased with them.

I liked C & M Windows & Doors quite a bit. I liked their craftsmanship. They were very easy to work with and very flexible.

They worked very well with me and did a wondeful job. I worked with Patrick and is a very nice young man. There were a lot of things that went into installing the windows because of the way my house is set up. He worked very hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.

It absolutely could not have gone any better, from start to finish!

We needed to replace the old double front doors.  We quickly found that most new doors are 36" wide.
The replacement doors needed to be 30" wide and because of the doors are exposed to the sun they should be fiberglass and not wood.  Patrick from C & M helped us find fiberglass doors that would work in this space.  He worked with us on picking out the stain color and brought stain samples to our home for us to see how the door would look in day light from both the inside of the house and from outside.
He also was able to get the double lockset that we picked out at a very reasonable price, even cheaper than prices we had found on the Internet.
The removal of the old doors and frame and installation of the new doors took most of one day.  
The doors are great.  They open and close with no issue.
No one can tell that these doors are not wood.  They have the look, weight, and feel of a wood door.
There were some minor scratches on the T astragal which were found after the doors were installed.  C & M arranged for the manufacturer to come to our home and replace this part.  The manufacturer came out the following week and replaced the atrrgal.
We have had the new doors for about 9 months now and could not be happier with the doors and the decision to have C & M do the work.

The job went very well.
Although one window company was just about as responsive, their price was slightly higher. C&M WIndows have done several jobs in the condo complex, so their basis to bid is a bit stronger. Only two companies (C&M and Hardie) of the five I called could manage to respond.
C&M was just great to deal with. I really felt that I got good value. The job went off without a hitch. They just did everything properly. What more can I say?
