This was my second estimate. The other company gave me a very detailed drawing & complete estimate of just what I requested.
Description of Work: They kept calling to schedule appointments to come out & submit an estimate on replacing a front patio (even though we already had a scheduled appointment). When their representative arrived he was unable to understand what we wanted & kept trying to sell us on inappropriate options. He even tried to tell us that our city wouldn't issue a permit for this type of work even though there are several homes in our area with similar setups. It was a very frustrating encounter.
