BRUCE ENNEN TILE AND STONE INC

Bruce came out almost immediately (As I recall the next day) and explained in detail the things we needed to consider when hiring an installer for the type of tile we had chosen. Bruce took the time to explain exactly how he and his crew would do the job, and an approximate time line it would take to complete the job. I received his detailed estimate explaining it down to the dollar. After speaking with two other Installers, it was obvious to me that neither one had the expertise displayed by Bruce Ennen. We decided that although Bruce's estimate was a bit higher than the other estimates we received, this wasn't the time cut corners and go cheap. We had Bruce Ennen Tile & Stone do the job, and it was money well spent. From the start, Bruce's crew treated our house like it was their own, covering everything in plastic and moving furniture to an area where it would be safe. His entire crew was exceptional, hard-working and displayed a passion for their work. Demolition of our old floor was done with a minimum of mess, and after the old floor was out, they began putting in the new flooring the following day. I can't say enough about the main crew that installed our flooring. Manuel, Jesus, Jorge and Carlos all worked at the house, and watching them install our 9" x 36" tile was really a treat. Each tile was floated and leveled to every other wall of the house with incredible detail. These guys were true Artists of their craft. I actually enjoyed watching them install each tile where they literally spent 10-15 minutes per tile to ensure that each was 'just right'. The finished floor is Beautiful. The detail is unsurpassed. From the way the floor fits perfectly into the rear sliding glass door to the bullnose on the step at the front door, and I cannot believe how level our floor is. We could see waves in the previous flooring and now everything looks just....perfect. Everything from start to finish went just as Bruce said, and he was always available whenever I had a question. I haven't had too many things in my life that I thought would have been worth paying MORE money, but this job was definitely one of them and worth every penny we spent.
