BRIDGES BLINDS INC

I have used this provider before and was happy with his work.  This time he asked if I wanted the same as before.  I said yes.  He gave me a different blind which I don't like as much.  He put one in backwards and when I asked them to come and fix it they said they were too busy.  Many of the blinds are too long and scrape the bottom of the window sill.  I have to cut the off to make them open and close smoothly.  I think they figured I was a loyal customer because they are cheap and they didn't need to worry about pleasing me. I won't use them again; I will pay a little more next time and get better service.  I guess you get what you pay for.

Bridges Blinds was recommended by my property manager to add blinds in a rental property. There was 8 windows of varying sizes and a sliding glass door. They came out and did a measurements and submitted estimate. Once decision was made to use their service the turn around was less than one week. The installed blinds look good and compliment the house well. The sturdiness of the install looks good too. Unfortunately, I did not get to meet any of the guys from Bridges but according to my property manager everything went smoothly. I tried to settle my account over the phone with credit card. The woman who answered the phone seemed a little put out by this. Customer service did not seem here strong suit. I would probably use them again.
