I purchased a Big Deal with them for an oil change. When I went to the providers business, they claimed that they were not affliated with Angie's List, and would not honor the coupon.

I needed to get an oil change and had never taken my car anywhere except the dealer, so I was a little nervous about using the local mechanic. But I have always had good luck with anyone I chose from Angie's list, so I went in.
The guys couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. They told me that part of the service during an oil change was free tire rotations and capping off all fluids. I didn't have them do the tire rotation because it had been done just a few weeks before, but it was great knowing that they had capped off all the fluids and everything was in good shape.
They said the only thing they found was that my wiper blades were pretty worn and would soon be scratching my windshield. I was really grateful that they reminded me about those wiper blades. It was something I had been planning to do for a long time, but kept forgetting until it was raining. They didn't charge me to install them, just the price for the blades.
They kept me informed on the status of my car and got it done pretty quickly. The price was fair and they told me to let them know if I have any problems with my car and they will be happy to look at it for me.
I am delighted to have a local mechanic I trust that I can take my car to for anyting it might need. I highly recommend Automation.

These guys are fantastic! Took care of everything my car needed (and it needed a LOT, as mentioned above). It's the only one-stop automotive repair shop I've found in the area. Some places don't do tires, some don't do alignments, some don't do the advanced computer work--these guys do it all. AND they give a 10 percent discount if you pay cash--saved me 200 bucks! AND they have a shuttle to drive you home after you drop off your car. They also have a night drop-off slot if you need to go there late.

This is the only place I'm bringing my car in the future.

We like that they are honest and get the job done right the first time. They seem to be reasonably priced as well.

We know his work and honesty. He is awesome. They are very accurate. Your vehicle is always done when they say it is going to be.

Overall, the experience is great. I've been taking my cars there for at least 6 years. Rick, their service manager, is amazing. They're honest people and I trust their opinion. The mechancis let me know of things that need to be fixed right away, as well as let me know which things that can wait. They are one of the most honest auto shops I've ever been to. I recommended them to anyone who needs an honest and reliable mechanic.
