Apex Plumbing and Drain

I paid Apex $275 to replace a leaking angle stop under a bathroom sink. A few weeks later I needed to turn off water at angle stop to install new countertops. The angle stop started leaking again. When I called Leon to honor his warranty he said no because I provided the angle stop. He did not stand by his work and wanted to charge me an additional $145 to come out and repair again. Don't be fooled, this guy is bad news

I hired Leon to do all my finish plumbing on a newly built unit. I found him to be very detailed in performing his work, he does not rush through a project, and he has a very high standard of performance. He is a very good communicator and will give his recommendations if he thinks there is a better way to complete a job, which I very much appreciated! His pricing is very fair, not the highest or lowest. He went the extra mile for me and I feel very comfortable referring him to anyone that needs a professional plumbing job done correctly the first time. He does not cut corners, he will treat you with respect, and he is a great guy! I am a real estate rehab investor and have renovated several homes in Orange county and have pretty high standards. I am picky about getting the project done right the first time and Leon did just that! Good job Leon!!

Leon arrived at the beginning of the appointment window. He assessed the problem ( a broken kitchen faucet that would not shut off) advised on other issues he observed and gave us a price quote that worked better with our budget than a previous quote. He got to work right away. We appreciated his recommendations on two other non urgent items that we showed him. Leon even tightened up a bathroom sink leak which had occurred after we had already made the original appointment. The install of the new faucet was completed with in a couple of hours. Good service.

Leon did everything plus. Our job which was to remove a sink and install a new one was delayed because of deliver of the sink. Leon stayed in contact with us as to the date for the job and completed it on the date arranged. He was on time, cleaned up after himself, and was pleasant the whole time. Keep this company handy for future jobs.

He was very friendly, and polite, my husband had past away the week before this project and the man that came out was really supportive and understanding, I had gotten the wrong size toilet and he let know just in time to have them exchanged. Overall this experience has been phenomenal

Leon from Apex called call us after I made an inquiry to Home Advisor. It was a Saturday, and I decided to do a small plumbing job, (1st mistake). The water turn off valve under my downstairs bathroom sink snapped off as I was starting the job and started to leak! *#&@%! Leon came out and did a great job fixing the initial problem and I ended up adding a few other things for him to fix. No extra charge for weekends and his visit was a flat fee not an hourly rate! These two facts alone saved me a lot of money. “I will call Leon at Apex before I start on the next small plumbing problem on a weekend!”
