+ 2 moreThe work went fine! It was all done when I got home from work. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and left it in good condition when he left. It wasn't built properly in the beginning, and they found some termite damage but it was mainly due to dry rot. He came back for the payment and didn't make me pay in advance.
Description of Work: He took down a very dangerous patio that was affected by dry rot.
