Everything went well.  They installed the fences quickly and understood the need to complete the job timely.  Due to the property lines, we were dealing with 5 different properties and two had pools.   I am very pleased at how they approached all the neighbors to make sure everything went well.

I first contacted Alpha Fence for a free estimate on the replacement of our wood fence.  They came out and took the necessary measurements and got back to me several days later with the estimate.  Their initial estimate lacked the detail of others that I received.  I requested a revised estimate and the delay in receiving it was a little longer than I anticipated.  After reviewing all estimates, I decided to go with Alpha Fence.

The actual job took five days, mainly due to coordinating the inspections.  We are very happy with the quality of the work that was done.  They took the necessary precautions to insure that the work sight was clean and clear of debris.  We appreciate their professionalism throughout the process and would definitely recommend this company.

The fence itself seems well built and the price was competitive.  Unfortunately the customer communication needs a lot of work.  I had to call and email several times before getting answers to simple questions like: "When are you coming back to finish my fence."

They did a very nice job. I was very happy with them.

The installation was quick and efficient and very well done.

Alpha Fence was recommended by one of my neighbors.  Their bid was not the cheapest but was competitive and they had good references.  They were very professional and did a great job.  I would use them again in the future if a similar need arises.

If I were these workers, I think I would have left after the first day. Every single one of my neighbors came out to them and badgered them. (they were ticked because they did not want to spend the money on a fence that was fallen down!), but I pursued it legally.... and won. The workers went above and beyond in trying to fix up some of the neighbors things without charging them to make sure they gave US the most secure and best looking fence possible.

After it was done, the screaming unhappy neighbors came out and said "Ohhhh pretty fence". If Alpha pleased them, they WILL please you!
