The work was done over a few day period in May 2014 and the workmen where all very careful not to break anything in the house and to keep the construction debris and dirt to a minimum. The contractor allowed me to pick the manufacturer for the condenser and coil that I had researched was of superior quality. The system has been working great ever since it was installed. Thank you All Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning for a great job!

They replaced our heating and air units without an issue. They work and the company is good to work with.

I first used this company about six or seven years ago for a furnace problem.  A tech came out and was doing a check on my furnace.  While he was working another truck pulled up.  A man got out and introduced himself as Lyn. He said, "I'm the owner and just wanted to see how things are going'.  He then proceeded to  help the tech work through an electrical problem.  They fixed it and the bill was reasonable.  He put one of his stickers on my furnace.  At the I wrote on it, 'Good Guys'.  Since then have had them service my furnace and/or air conditioner three  or four times.  
Last time ws this past Saturday, September 13. I heard a loud noise coming from the A/C unit, rushed outside and found that the fan wasn't working and compressor unit was heating up.  I went inside and switched it off.  I called All Seasons,  Lyn answered the phone, said that he was almost finished with an appointment and would be by at 12:30.  He was there 15 minutes early.
He did various tests. The motor started one after it had cooled down but then went out.  Long story short, he attempted to replace the motor and one he had with him it but the fan couldn't be pulled off the shaft.   He said that he might have a fan that matched mine in his shop and that he would call when he finished a few appointments and got back to his place.  We discussed options; repairing the unit, replacing the compressor unit, and replacing the entire heating and a/c system, which would be more efficient. Told me about what each options would cost and the pluses and minus.  He called back about 5:00 and told me uhe didn't have a matching fan but could get one Monday. I told him I would talk with my wife about what to do. No pressure.   Everything he had told me checked out.  The price to replace everything was fair.  The price to replace the entire outside unit, which might not be much more efficient (this was also what I read online)  because of he inside unit also fair.  And the repair work was fair.  We decided on the repair.  The price I paid was really close to what my neighbor's brother paid for the same thing, and he is a retired Superior Court judge.  I don't know if he had a guy trying to fix the system for a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon or not
I called Lyn and told him what we wanted to do.  He understood about fixing the unit we have, wasn't pushing to sell a whole new system.  The parts were ready Monday, he called me, we met at the house, he installed everything, checked the system & freon and made sure everything was working. Gave me a detailed bill with a 10% discount.  For a guy who came out twice, once on a weekend, got the parts when the were first available and got things fixed in some of the most miserable weather we've seen in a long time, I have to say I was treated fairly, received great service, a good price and got the a/c fixed as quickly as it could be. 5 stars for service, 5 stars for explaining all options and 5 stars for getting repair done timely.

I called on New Year's Eve afternoon for immediate service and he arrived in just a few hours. The serviceman was very professional, personable, diagnosed and repaired quickly. From making the appointment via phone to paying the invoice I could not be more pleased.

This is the second system that All Seasons has replaced for me.  They have easily earned my repeat business and I recommend them highly.   All Seasons has serviced my HVAC systems for several years.   I enjoy working with them because they are local, family owned, competitive, and super customer oriented.  My AC went out during the hot spell after the 4th of July and the owner, Lynn, came out immediately after he was notified.  His team was "all over it" and had a new system installed within 3 working days.  This involved craning a new compressor onto the roof, and installing a new furnace and AC coil in a hall closet.   I was very impressed with how customer oriented Lynn and his business are.  They are determined to leave no stone unturned in trying to get me up and running with an appropriate system immediately.  And...they left the place as they found it...very clean, without a trace of problems.  The system is working beautifully and I am happy with the system and with All Seasons.

This is the third time I have used this company in the past three years. They have kept my 25-year A/C (in a condo) running well, both the unit on the roof and the one inside my apartment. Their pricing is always very fair, polite, punctual and reliable. I have now asked them for a quote on replacing the A/C system and it was about $3K LESS than the other quote I got for comparison.
