 + -1 moreTHIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED AT HOW THOROUGH HE WAS AND AT THE ADVICE HE GAVE US REGARDING HOW WE CAN REPAIR/REPLACE/UPGRADE ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THE REPORT SENT TO US WAS VERY DETAILED.
Description of Work: HE CAME OUT TO INSPECT THE HOME PRIOR TO CLOSE OF ESCROW. HE TOOK PICTURES OF THE OUTSIDE, INSIDE, MEASURED WALLS, ROOMS, ETC., CHECKED THE ATTIC, PLUMBING, APPLIANCES, ETC., AS WELL AS ELECTRICAL OUTLETS.
