THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED AT HOW THOROUGH HE WAS AND AT THE ADVICE HE GAVE US REGARDING HOW WE CAN REPAIR/REPLACE/UPGRADE ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THE REPORT SENT TO US WAS VERY DETAILED.
