I was very pleased with the service. I took it in on a Thursday I believe and received a quote on Saturday morning. I okayed it and it was repaired by Saturday afternoon. It's difficult to find someone who can repair the older VCR machines (I still have two Panasonics) and to know what it should cost. But I was pleased with the quote ($113) as it seemed reasonable and within my budget. I felt the prompt service was excellent and would definitely use them again. So far the machine is working fine again.

The problem was that my computer was operating very slowly and they tested it and they said it was ok. the customer service was good.

They are a very admirable company, they fixed our things, they do not force you to buy equipment, they are very prompt, they do a very good job and they're very thorough. It turned out very well and we had our computer upgraded. They took care of us. They came out soon after we purchased the deal and we didn't spend anything extra.

Excellent. Repairs worked and the player is still used regularly.

I was not happy to find out that my Denon AVR X4000 which I purchased in Dec 2013 was not operating properly. It was going into shut-down mode with this problem: AVR shuts down (Protection circuit) after operating for about 8 to 30 minutes. The power indicator flashes red approximately every 0.5 seconds. I performed several checks including the following: 
I have checked all speakers for shorts and they were okay.
I unplugged the power cord overnight and reconnected, still had the same problem.
I  reset the microprosser and still had the same problem
I called Denon and they told me to take it into the nearest authorized repair center ( Adams Electronics, Huntington Beach)
The folks at Adams were very courteous, and even carried the receiver in for me.
The technician, Steve, who repaired my Denon AVR X4000 at Adams Electronics, Huntington Beach, did an outstanding job for me. I carried the unit in on a Tuesday, and he called me personally on the following Friday morning to tell me that it was fixed and what he did to repair it. He was able to go into the Unit's memory and check why
it shut down. Basically, it was some sort of DC overvoltage problem. He replaced seven transitors and I was good to go.
I picked up my AVR on Friday afternoon, they carried it out to my car.
I have been operating it for about 10 days now and everything is okay.

My son managed to break the screen on his laptop. He was devastated and
I was equally scared that if unrepairable that I'd spent all that money
to buy it just 8 months ago.
Luckily, I remembered that my
office uses Adam's to service our equipment. I took it in, along with
my son and had him explain what happened while they wrote out the work
order.
The young woman was very friendly and easy for my son to
talk to, I appreciated her making him feel comfortable. To a 13 yr old,
the laptop is his link to the world at large. Luckily, the damage was
fairly superficial and required a replacement of the LCD and screen.
I paid $60 up front for the drop off and diagnosis, and authorized up to
$180 total for the repair. Any more than that and I would have been
called for approval.
4 days later and we were called to pick it
up, it works great and my son only has 3 more months of yard work to pay
me back for the repairs.

My beloved Mitsubishi TV refused to turn on so I called Adam's
Electronics . They showed up the next day on time. Duc the technician
greeted me with a big friendly smile and diagnosed the problem. He gave
me the choice of repair or replace. I decided to repair. It was the
main power board. They found the hard to find part and Duc installed
it. I have my beautiful TV back..I had researched the price of the
power board...it was $488...labor was extra...the trip charge of $140 was applied to the price of the repair still cheaper than replacing the set...Duc was
wonderful...the repair went smoothly and everything is fixed in a timely
manner as a matter of fact he was early!...unheard of in the repair
biz...I will use them again and highly recommend them...I am beyond
pleased...

I have recommended him. The price was reasonable.

It was hard to find a place that would do this type of work. When I first went into ADAM'S ELECTRONICS, I felt confident they knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to a friend or neighbor who needed this type of work done. My DVD player was beyond repair, they don't even make the parts anymore. I did like their customer service, they were very nice people. I thought the price was reasonable. They were very knowledgeable. I would go back in the future.

These guys (John and Alex) were both awesome. I have taken about 6+ items to them for repair - alway top notch service and reasonable price.

I thought they were good, but I felt like a lack of communication. I always had to call and find out when the tv would be repaired. No one could give me an answer and it felt frustrating. Luckily we didn't have to pay for it because we bought it at another company. So the other company paid for the repair. I felt that I was at their mercy and I never could get anyone to answer my questions. When they came to put the tv up on the wall, the guy complained a lot and there wasn't any sound and then he started to leave and I asked him what about the volume and he asked me if I used both of the remotes to turn it up and I said of course. I wasn't about to let him leave until I knew everything worked. He had the connections mixed up. It took him about 15 min. to get the volume to work.

WOW, THESE GUYS ARE SO AWESOME, THEY TOOK IN MY LAPTOP AND WERE GENTLE WITH IT AND EVEN THOUGH THE PLACE WAS PACKED WITH CUSTOMERS, THEY CALLED ME THE SAME DAY WITH THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE PROBLEM. I WAS THRILLED THAT IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY, BUT I WILL ALWAYS TAKE MY COMPUTERS THERE FROM NOW ON. THEY WERE SO NICE TOO.
