ACTIVE POOL & SPA SVC

I called Active Pool-Spa Supplies and Service because my pool pump had sprung a water leak so timeliness was important. I talked to Joe who told me they could give me a price quote over the phone but I told them that wasn't necessary. Joe made an appointment between a certain time frame the following day. He arrived punctually and after looking at the problem, began the work. There was a little more work than expected because of damaged internal parts but Joe explained what had happened and why it happened. He had to go back to the shop, pick up the part, pick up his child from school and talk to another client and then he would be back. Joe was back in less than an hour with the pool pump and motor already assembled. He was finished with the project in about an hour and now it works perfectly. My pool is not a new pool and Joe explained to me things I should be watching for that indicate wear.
I would like to say that the timeliness of the work, and the professional manner leads me to believe this man is a good employee of the company (if not the owner). I have searched for pool repairmen in the past and it's been hit and miss. I got a business card from Joe and they will be the first people I call if and when I have future problems.

Joe came out when promised and completed the repair within 2 hours.
