AAA Remodeling is what home remodeling nightmares are all about! After 18 month's of dealing with this company's, after being screamed at, by the owner Kevin Nikjou, while he beat his fist on my countertop, yelling, I was being to picky, there was nothing wrong with my kitchen. I was ungrateful. Ungrateful? I paid you, $18,000 to do a job! They still refuse to correct any of their shoddy work. I've made a complaint to the c.s.l.b. They should never be aloud to go into anyone's home. I hope to see justice, after almost 2 year's. Polly B.

I hired AAA Remodellling to install Bamboo Flooring because they have outstanding reviews not only on Yelp but also with Homeadvisor. From estimate to completion, everything was professionally handled. Kevin is quite personable and accommodating. His price was very competitive. He matched the lowest bid I had. (I always obtained at least 3 bids for every project). He also visited the project during and after to make sure everything is what I expected. I have a physical ailment which limits my ability to lift more than 20 lbs. but his guys moved every bit of furniture we have to one side while they work on another, then placed them back where they were, when each room is done. The demolition was done in phases to accommodate us living there while the work is in progress. The crew cleaned up after themselves and they were very respectful of our privacy. I don't usually write reviews unless it is a positive one. AAA Remodellling certainly deserves this. I have already recommended AAA Remodellling to a friend and will continue to do so.

We found AAA Remodeling on Home Adviser for our Guest Bathroom remodel. An Email was returned within 24 Hours and we booked an appointment at their Huntington Beach Showroom. Judy, welcomed us like family, and Keven was attentive, cheerful, and professional, as he guided us through the process of materials, and colors. We had a pretty clear idea what we wanted, but the Devil is in the detail, as always! The range and scope of materials they have on hand is unbelievable, and we quickly zoomed in on our theme, with help. Kevin then came to our home, saw the scope of work, offered good suggestions, a solid proposal and an agreed price. We decided to source, and supply some items ourselves, which was well received(Unlike some, who want to make a buck off every item!). We had a tight time frame, a firm budget, and Kevin, Ray, and his team came through on time, and on budget. There was a small overrun, but that was disclosed and discussed upfront, when Plumbing issue was discovered, and when we wanted to change things. The bathroom came out STUNNING... ask Kevin for pictures, of before and after! We are more than pleased, and AAA are rightly proud too!

I read the reviews of all the contractors suggested by HomeAdvisor and I decided to use AAA Remodel Inc. for my kitchen/dining room renovation. Kevin came by, looked over my kitchen/dining area and let me know what sections needed to be removed/improved. I had a good idea of what I wanted and Kevin was able to make suggestions and comments for the remodel. I especially liked that he had a showroom and I was able to select everything I wanted in one place. The job got done in a timely manner considering there were a couple of setbacks due to the home and the Thanksgiving Holiday. When the job was close to done I reviewed the work, noted items that needed correction and Kevin took care of it. The end product turned out wonderful. I would definitely use him for another project. We had an extensive remodel done by AAA Remodeling - full kitchen and three bathrooms. The short review: We love our remodel - the update integrates seamlessly with our home - it’s beautiful! Would we hire AAA again? - Absolutely Yes. Would we recommend AAA? - Again, Absolutely Yes. In fact, they’ve already started work on my neighbor’s home. So that’s it. But if you like details, here is the long review: The job was a collaborative effort. By the time we called AAA, we had designed and drafted the kitchen that we wanted and had a structural engineers report done. Kevin from AAA offered insight regarding our plans, what would work, what might be problematic but doable, and where we should reevaluated our ideas. The kitchen was all the way out to the studs. Work included an interior wall removal, replacement of the patio door, building of a shear wall with arch, plumbing, electrical and lighting were rerouted and relocated. We were able to hide a needed support beam in the ceiling and installed new cripples. Finally custom cabinets and countertops built and installed. The bathrooms were also out to the walls. The cabinets and countertops replaced with the same custom ones as in the kitchen. Two showers were replaced with Travertine walls and glass enclosures. The costs were as expected. The original estimate accounted for two thirds of the final cost, with one third of the costs being incurred as the work progressed. Some incurred costs we had control over, for example, we decided to have them do some additional interior painting, and we added on a water heater replacement. Other costs we could not control. When the walls came down, we found out that the original construction was out of code (the above mentioned support beam and cripples). Once the city inspector sees it, it has to be fixed. Invisible defects are expected, but you never know what they might be, which is why it’s impossible for them to be on the original estimate. Overall things went smoothly, but I have to admit we did go past our completion target. Toward the end, when there was less to do, and things needed to be done in the right order, the right team was not always available. Small ding for that. And there were a few things that needed to be fixed and re-done, but on a job this big, that’s not a surprise. I found that when there was a problem then Kevin took care of it, without question or shifting blame. Our satisfaction was very important to him and if it wasn’t right, it soon would be. His “no excuse” approach to the job furthered my confidence in him and in AAA. Communication was great. Kevin was always just a text or call away, and he encourages input. When we had any concern, he took the time to explain what was happening and why. And this rapport kept small issues from becoming big ones. At one point, we decided to move the oven over a foot. Very reliable, do what they say they will do. Flexible to work with, & good follow through. I will use them again if I have further needs. They seem very honest, & that's the most important thing to me.

These guys are professional, fast, reliable, and responsive. We needed carpet fast. We scheduled/picked carpet on a Tuesday, and our carpet was completely installed by Thursday... and they mentioned that they've turned projects around even faster than that! The installation team was professional and fast, there was no down time from the moment they walked in the door. My expectations were met and exceeded. I would certainly recommend them.

Kevin was great and communicated well. A major remodel is always a stressful process but the job came in on time and on budget. Overall I was pleased with the outcome.

I was extremely satisfied with the remodeling that was done in my studio apartment. Kevin was always making sure that things were going smoothly and the workmanship was very professional. They finished the entire remodel in a little over a month! I would definitely recommend AAA to anyone .

AAA was very easy to deal with and Kevin was very patient and provided good customer service and a fair price. He does hire subcontractors to install, which on this job lowered their overall score. The subcontracted installation company was a different story. They showed up, no name of their company on vehicle. This made me concerned. We had worked out a specific installation schedule with Kevin so my son and I could move furniture after I got off work and other small hardware installations could be completed. The first day: The subcontractor wanted to install everything the first day and deviate from the plan. This was not a good start to the project. This made my 86 year old mother very worried. So, I had to call Kevin and make sure they stuck to the plan. The first day was finished, when I came to inspect the job that day the installation company didn't vacuum up any of the pieces of carpet that were left all over the 2 rooms that were installed that day. I had to vacuum it when I returned to the home after work. The carpet looked very good though. 2nd Day: Kevin and I worked out that a certain room would be completed first so my son and I could move the furniture back in to the house before he left for work. This did not occur and made it so I had to move all the furniture back into the house myself. (except for 2 wall unit pieces which the worker kindly helped me put into place) I also wanted the old rusted tack removed and new tack installed. The Subcontractor Supervisor argued and said it would cost more money, and threatened to not complete the installation if he had to do it. (Customer Service for the Subcontractor very poor.) I had to call Kevin and he worked this out, to my satisfaction. The installation company had one person working for removal of old carpet and installation of new carpet. The impression from Kevin when we talked about installation was that the job would be done in a couple hours the second day, but it wasn't finished until 5pm. (A small Family Room, Small bedroom, Master bedroom and hallway) The installation company start at 9:45 am. (This gave the impression that the argument earlier made the Supervisor angry and he left the other worker by himself to complete the job). He would show up for 5-10 min then he would disappear for 2 hours at a time. The one guy who did all the work was very good. I felt very bad he had to do all the work by himself and the supervisor only glued the seams of the carpet sections together. Over all the job was completed and my 86 year old mother is happy with her new carpet, but the expectation of quality customer service and timely installation was not met by the Subcontractor as promised by AAA. Installation process took for ever the second day and was not to expectation level for meeting schedule and time. This made me have to reschedule other planned things that Saturday, eg. electrical outlet replacement installs for the whole house. I recommend AAA and Kevin he v

AAA did an excellent carpet install job on our stairs & hallway. They installed carpet we previously purchased from another vendor. However, we purchased padding from AAA, & it seems to be very nice quality padding. The dispatch team was responsive. The installer was skilled, but not conversant or sociable. I would recommend them, & I would not hesitate to hire them again.

After doing much research for my bathroom remodel, I chose AAA remodeling to do the work. I was looking for a one stop shopping experience and found it here. Kevin was simply fantastic. He's sharp and knows what going on at all times. He kept in constant contact with me for any concerns or questions. His work crews were professional and arrived on time each day. Each step was explained to me in good detail and I have to mention again that the communication amongst everyone was superb. I am now the proud owner of a remodled bathroom that has an high end resort feel to it. I highly recommend AAA Remodeling. Kevin takes care of his customers. Kevin , you were dynamite. AAA Remodeling worked on my bathroom shower and I can say that I am pleased with the end result. The owner, Kevin, explained step by step what we could expect and when. If we had any questions or concerns during the re-modeling process he was able to address them. I found Kevin to be patient and easy to work with. I appreciate that he stayed on top of the job to keep it moving forward. As a result, AAA Remodeling completed the job by the expected time frame. I would recommend them to my friends.

You are a fool to go with this company. I am almost half a year into my remodel and still is not finished. They use subpar materials and sub contracotrs that do not know what they are doing. I am the fool for hiring the.

I remodeled my bathroom dec 2014. I know I'm late in submitting a review but I wanted to make sure credits are given where deserved. Everyday I look at my bathroom and feel I have the best bathroom. Recently I came back from a vacation and realized I had a better than room than the resort I just visited in Mexico. What I am trying to say is that Kevin and his team did an exceptional job everything from conception/vision and delivering. Any hiccups along the way we're taken care of by Kevin and he even guaranteed his work for a full year. Very professional yet affordable. We highly recommend them.

AAA Remodeling totally disregarded everything about my Homeadvisor inquiry except my phone number and that it was to install flooring. Kevin quoted a price over the phone but tried to change the terms when he came to my home to sign the contract. If he had made a mistake on the estimate, then he should not have prepared the contract which we signed or taken a deposit. Later that day he called to say he wouldn't do the job as agreed and would refund my deposit. Just tell the truth and don't be afraid to admit a mistake when you make one. I feel I was deceived and that Kevin of AAA Remodeling would rather save face than be upfront or truthful.

We remodeled our kitchen, bathrooms, and floors throughout the house. Kevin and his crew did an excellent job. They are very service oriented and will do what it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied.
