I got Tom's name from Angie's list. He sent someone promptly and this tech spent an hour trying to identify the problem. He did a very thorough job and determined that the problem was not electrical. After talking to his boss (Tom) he came back and told me what Tom thought the problem was concerning the RV because Tom owned one himself. He suggested that it could be the converter and if we ordered one, his company would install it for us because I have no way of getting it to a dealership. The experience was excellent. As a widow I don't always know where to turn where I can trust someone, and Tom's company filled the bill.

He was very professional. He was very courteous. He was very knowledgeable in his field as well. The quality was good. I will not use anyone else. We had a new addition built and he did all of the electrical work for that addition. He was very efficient, clean and did not leave any mess. I will continue to use him in the future.
