They never showed up. They scheduled a time and they never showed I waited home for them not to show. They just wasted my time.

Great, he found the problem, and I gave him the go ahead to fix it.

We have experienced two electrical problems with our pool pump. Each time Scott has visited our home, he has been nothing but curious and professional. Scott examines the problem, provides information regarding the issue and then repairs it. We have never had any issues or concerns with the work that has been preformed. We will use him to purchase a new pool pump when repairs are no longer feasible.

Technician arrived within two hours of my phone call. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor. Came back the following day with a replacement. Since I was at work he had to return again a third time to install the part. I was impressed with the quick fix and even faster service which is unfortunately not common when dealing with pool repair companies.

Josh responded promptly to the initial request for help. Made arrangements to diagnose problem and provide estimate next morning. Called before noon with estimate. Arrangements were made to replace pump with parts he had in stock, job was complete by 2:30 same day! Beginning to end job done within 24 hours - excellent service, will be calling them 1st for future pool repair needs.

Josh and Ty from Scott's Pool Repair gave me excellent advice, and fixed the leak in my pool pipes quickly.  They saved me  $1000's by realizing that the guy who located the leak near the skimmer basket was wrong.  The leak detector recommended digging up the gunite around the skimmer basket which costs 1000's.  Instead Josh figured out another way to test for the leak location and verified that the leak was elsewhere. They quickly fixed the leak and charged a very reasonable amount.  I highly recommend Scott's Pool Repair and can't say enough about the fantastic service that I received.

Scott provided excellent service.  He and his colleague deserve more than an A+++. Scott updated our very old pool system, repaired our pool, pool waterfall and hot tub. Outstanding workmanship and customer service. Scott came to the rescue and saved the day.

Scott made a special trip to Tracy to look at our pump and gave advice on how to reduce usage cost that had spiked.  Could have easily sold us a pump to replace, but didn't.  Was honest and knowledgeable.

Will def give Scott a call for regular servicing of my pool/spa equipment on a regular basis. I have my furnace and AC tuned up every year, my autos serviced, why not my pool/spa equipment?
Still waiting for other pool/spa vendors to return my call.

Our pool pump stopped working, so we called Leslie's Pools to come out and look at it. Immediately, he said we need a new pump to the tune of $1500.00. Well, there was no way I could afford that right now. I checked different sites, and could get it cheaper, but it was still too expensive. In case we had no choice, I decided to get some estimates for a new pump installation, so I turned to Angie's list. Because of his excellent rating and location, I emailed Scott through Angie's site, and received a reply within minutes. He said he would come by within a day or two. He arrived the next day. Unlike Leslie's Pools, he opened the pump and noticed a part that was worn down. He went to his truck for a replacement, and replaced the old one. The pump worked. I expected to pay him at least for the part, but he wouldn't take any money, saying it was a used part. Used part or not, I would think he would charge me for sonething, but he didn't. I could kick myself, because we paid $107.00 to Leslie's Pools who did nothing! Live and learn! I cannot recommend Scott's Pool Repair and Remodeling more. He is so honest, and that is so refreshing these days!!
