hired Jake's all around Holiday Decorating Services this year and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experi-ence. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was seamless and professional. Jake worked with me to create a design that perfectly fit my vision and my home's style. On installation day, Jake arrived right on time and was very friendly and respectful of my property. He did an excellent job with all the details the roofline lights were perfectly straight, and the tree wraps were immaculate. Our house looks incredible and we've already received so many compliments from neighbors. The process was stress-free, and the final result exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended!

Fast response time! Jacob went out of his way to fit me in the very next day. I didn’t get enough lights, and he offered to come back. Which he did! I can’t say enough nice things about him. I would definitely use his services again.

Initially, I gave Light Pros and Jacob a five-star review, impressed by their fast service, friendly demeanor, and helpfulness. Jacob installed my permanent Christmas lights in November of last year, assuring me they would last three to five years. However, three weeks ago, I began to notice lights falling in various areas. Despite numerous calls and texts to Jacob over the past three weeks, I have received no response. Unfortunately, his phone no longer has a voicemail setup, and my texts have gone unanswered. Without the means to temporarily repair the lights myself, as I have no one who can access my roof, I am concerned that the lights will be damaged beyond repair, and I don't have the means to start over. Regrettably, I have been left with no choice but to post this review in the hopes that Jacob will contact me. At the time of the installation, I inquired about Jacob's availability for future repairs, and he assured me he would be available. Unfortunately, his unresponsiveness has been disappointing. I intend to provide a follow-up review regarding this situation. 😭
