About us

We are a small Termite Control Company. We focus on providing the consumer with what they desire from a company. We also offer Section 1 and 2 inspections for Real Estate transactions. I am the owner and I perform around 75% of our inspections. I have tried hard to stay in the field and involved with every job. We are bonded and insured.

From the moment we contacted them until the job was done they kept us informed and were very helpful.  The inspector and his crew who showed up to do the inspection were very punctual and professional.  They explained everything so that we understood what the problem was, and what the treatment entailed.  We are very satisfied with their services.

We purchased our home and had some pest inspection report items that needed addressing.  Chad's bid was competitive, and he was very professional from start to finish.  I'm very type A and must have asked him a hundred questions.  He was patient and explained everything thoroughly.  We scheduled the date, he worked his magic, and cleaned up after himself every evening.  I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
