The project went smoothly. Loren and his crew arrived promptly by 8 AM, cleaned up at the end of the day, consulted us whenever he had a question, and was professional throughout. The project took longer because when they were digging to remove the old post on one of the gates, they discovered that concrete had been poured around the gas main leading from the house. He stopped everything, telephoned us, and then telephone and arranged for PG&E to come inspect the problem. It was resolved with PG&E, but he took no chances in proceeding without proper guidance. We would hire him again for other projects which we need done, such as sheet-rocking a room for re-painting.
