 + -1 more2 1/2 months and the job was finished. Matt showed up early everyday, ready to work. He was flexible, knowledgeable, honest, and cheerful. At the end of the work day, the work site was left clean. I also used Matt to make some architectural changes and repaint exterior of my house and remodel 2 bathrooms in the past 2 years. I have been so happy each time. I have recommended him to others who have used him and the report is always the same - he is excellent! Last thoughts...Matt is a perfectionist, which is a great trait for a contractor. Also his mantra seems to be "We can do that!" whenever a new idea was presented. He accepted challenges and wasn't satisfied until the task was successfully completed. I have heard horror stories about contractors...my stories are all positive!
Description of Work: Turnkey Restoration gutted my family room and kitchen. Sunken family rm floor was raised, fireplace remodeled and gas line and logs were installed, kitchen window was moved, all new custom kitchen cabinets were stained and installed, large island with drawers and cabinets was installed, hardwood floors installed, wall pushed back to enlarge kitchen, new lighting throughout the 2 rooms, new appliances plus gas line for new range, granite counter tops, back splash, new granite sink and faucet, baseboards, and crown molding were installed. All of the downstairs rooms were repainted, laundry room was refurbished with granite counter top, paint, new washer/dryer, new hardware on cabinets, and new light. Hardware on all doors upstairs and downstairs was replaced. Irrigation system was repaired. Upstairs hall was painted.
