Rianda Air Inc were great, they were nice, cooperative and fast. The work was wonderful. The people were friendly, you could tell that they were customer oriented. I called them the day I was referred to them and it was after hours and I left them a voice message and the next morning they responded right away, they sent the man out that day to replace my thermostat. He didn't have what I wanted so he went and purchased it and then replace it the following the day. They were fast and their prices were comparable to anyone else. They were quick and precise and cooperative and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I have used them in the past and I was satisfied so I used them again for my rental unit.  Their minimum service charge to come out is $90 and that is what I paid the last time.  They had to clean the burner on the heater.  They made a little adjustment in the unit and it worked since.  My tenants have not had any problems since they fixed it.  My tenants didn’t let me know of the problem until five and so I left a voice mail for the service only after five.  They did call me back the next morning and were able to come by mid morning for the service.  They got back to me, they got somebody out there soon, and that is what stood out the most to me about their service.  I didn’t check anybody else for price.  I knew that they had worked on that furnace before.  It is an old house, it was really cold, and I was more concerned about getting it fixed so that my tenants were happy.  So, I didn’t even check with other contractors for price.
