We had a quote from a guy that had done outdoor security lightening for us and it was as twice as high as this guy. In our guest bathroom we had only one light and one light switch and a plug and we bought energy compliance with low highlight with a fixture that had a fan. He took out the old one and installed the new one and he also had to get the wiring done through the ceiling and the other tiny bathroom, so he could install the brass candlelight holder. He was going to do the easy thing first and was going to do one switch and I told him that was not what I wanted. I told him I wanted separate switches for the dimming light near the mirror, the high lobe lights on the ceiling and the fan and he still has to have that done. I had him start on the kitchen today and so far in the kitchen he has put in 220 wiring for the induction stove top and moved the box for the oven. He moved some fixtures for the dishwasher underneath the sink and installed transformers for 3 puck lights and 3 brass cabinets. He is right now installing the low voltage led lightening underneath the cabinet. We met him at a wedding and he gave us his card. I was a little nervous at first because he seemed young and he did not give us a written bid at first. He left the opening of the closet open and we had dust come in.
