The guy who did the inspection was perfect! Very nice, detailed, he was a pro. I want to work with him again for sure. The staff was great too! This was my third home inspection (other companies) and the layout of the inspection is a little wordy and somewhat vague. Overall, great & I was able to learn a lot. Thank you!

Inspector was thorough, explained what he was checking, and gave guidance for resolving/fixing items that were rated "poor." Would recommend to anyone, although per hour rate was expensive (IMHO).
