1. Since this was my first time experience to hire home inspection, it was good to learn how it will be conducted and learn the inspection results. 2. Also it was good to ask questions and communicate about their inspection report with house Master staff, inspector, and manager or their boss. 3. I learned what the home inspection brings to seller for the appropriate remodeling and the inspection timing for selling. On all above, House Master provided very much prompt response with kind answers and information. I appreciated them very much.

He arrived at the house on time. He created a very comprehensive report detailing flaws in the electrical wiring, crawl space pipes, exterior vent problems, etc. The report which included many photographs was emailed to me the next day. He was good about responding to follow-up questions a couple of days later.

HE IS GOOD TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE WILLING TO SCHEDULE WHENEVER WE NEEDED THEM TO BE HERE. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SUGARCOAT ANY PROBLEMS. THEY WERE VERY UPFRONT ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS.

WORK WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND REPORT ISSUED WAS COMPLETE HOWEVER THEY DID NOT FIND A MAJOR STRUCTURAL FAULT IN GARAGE FOUNDATION. ALSO THEY MISSED A PEST PROBLEM THAT HAD BEEN GOING ON.
