Very unprofessional! We hired him to install a pool heather, unfortunately wasn't low nox, ( apparently he will come back once I exchange it) he never come back, in fact he actually donâ t answer my calls or returned them VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

"Thank you for your comments, I still had the parts I special ordered for your job ready to go, and would have been willing to come back after the heater was exchanged as I indicated when I left after putting all the equipment back in. It is spring in one of the busiest and most challenging pool seasons I have ever seen in 14yrs and things are extremely busy. My phone rings almost constantly, and it is best to leave a voicemail or send a text that I can follow up with when available again. I do apologize for not saving your number, as then it would have jumped out at me and I would have returned your call promptly. I sincerely hope you were able to find someone to install your heater for you and it is working great for you!"

Pump motor froze up, needed replaced. Jeff recommended a smaller pump that would be less noisy, save money, and be easier on the piping system. I went with his recommendation. Motor was changed on Jan 27th . . . we cannot hear the pool running from inside the house now. Very good recommendation and a job well done by Jeff!
