He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Raul is a very pleasant person to deal with. He was able to repair our shower door one day before he was scheduled and did an excellent job. The original shower installer installed the shower door so that it leaked and could not be contacted to fix it. We plan to have Raul back to do other maintenance on our home. "First of all I want to say that the work was done well and they didn’t try to oversell us. We thought we needed a whole new screen door and instead of selling us one because we didn’t know any different, they told us they could just repair the lock after ordering a couple parts. This saved us a little bit of money. However, I did have issues with the appointments themselves. First appt they showed up 2 hours late without any call letting us know. Second appt they showed up almost 3 hours late. The appt was at 7pm and they didn’t call until 8:35 pm saying they would be a “half hour” late (they were already 1 and a half hours late at this point). Then they texted me at 9:30 pm saying they were on their way. This was a work night and completely unacceptable. The work was done well but the reliability and professionalism was severely lacking."
