My A/C unit stopped working on the hottest day of the year(of course). I called Pagel, and within a few hours they had my unit up and running again. I had called a few other HVAC repair businesses and none could come out same day. The tech repairman, Johnny, was professional and troubleshooted my unit quickly. He also gave me a few tips on cleaning and maintaining my unit to keep it more efficient. He explained the yearly maintenance program they offer, but didn't do the hard sell or pressure me to buy it. The cost of repair was much less than I had anticipated. I will DEFINITELY use Pagel again for all my A/C and plumbing needs.

Both guys worked fast and serviced my A/C quickly and efficiently. They called and said they would be 45 minutes late because they were on another call, which is totally understandable. I would totally hire them again.

My 30 year old A/C compressor finally bit the dust. Sean gave me a detailed breakdown of my repair/replace options (Replace the R-22 compressor, upgrade the whole system to R-410A, etc.) I decided to upgrade the whole system. The install was done in one day, cleanly and professionally. My furnace and water heater rest on a plenum pedestal in the garage, which was leaky and under-supported. The Pagel installers added a strut to better support the water heater, and insulated and sealed the whole thing. The exhaust venting for both units was also partially rebuilt and sealed.

Will definitely use them again. Excellent.

Sean was great. He showed up and got right on it. He was very fast and knew his job very well. He was very affordable and I will definetly call him again if needed. We had been without proper working A/C for a month or more. And he fixed it quick. We went from a blistering 89+ temp inside to cool 64 degrees after .

Sean did a great job fixing the leaking shower and letting us know what he was doing the whole time. Even though it was late at night it was worth the wait. We have not had any problems with it since it has been fix and will definitely be using them again! Thank you for the great service!

He came at the time he promised, he was upfront about the issues i had and showed me what he had to do, as well as showed me how dirty my filters and other parts were that resulted in a price increase from the telephone quote. He then processed to do the job in a timely manner, very proyfessionally and I am very pleased with the result. We immediatedly felt the difference before he even left and a week later everythings going great!

Sean Pagel responded very quickly and came out to do bid and found economical way to put in new heating and air conditioning system. The roof is bad also and he and the roofer are working together for a smooth installation. He helped me find other skilled services like glass/window repairman and others.

It was a VERY hot day- in the tripple digits, and my A/C was only blowing hot air. It would not get cold. The fan of the unit was not turning on. I spoke to Pagel thru servicemagic and was told they would be able to come out in 30 minutes to fix my a/c problem. They had my A/C working in 10 minutes! Boy was I happy that it didnt cost me an arm and two legs- very reaonable! I will definitely use Pagel and Servicemagic again.
