Our kitchen remodel included getting rid of walls, repairing a ceiling and creating a new floor, adding new cabinets, rearranging kitchen space, creating new french doors and windows, getting rid of other windows/doors, installing insulation and overhead lights. Mike and his team did a great job. We gave him some information/pictures showing what we wanted and he took charge from there. He has a good eye for design and really helped shape the final product. He was patient with last minute changes that I requested and incorporated them into the overall plan, even though it changed the timeline. He and his workers were punctual and polite. He did a great job and we are very happy with our kitchen. I don't remember the exact cost of the kitchen, in part because I kept changing the overall plan, so we kept needing to revise costs. We are definitely going to use him for future projects.

From the time I initially contacted MMI Construction to the time the project was completed took one week. I spoke with David on a Wednesday, he came out and gave me an estimate on Friday. Work began the following Wednesday and was completed the next day, Thursday, as promised. 
A high level of professionalism and responsiveness was maintained at all times. David and Mike answered all my questions before work began. The work was done with quality workmanship. MMI was flawless in their cleanup. I am extremely pleased with the finished product and highly recommend MMI to anyone seeking home services.
