MASTER'S ROOFING

It's the end of December now and no leaks detected. Had a 4 man crew and finished in a half day. Performed work in timely manner. The areas of improvement would be communication for doing the job ( could not contact them for a few days to set up work schedule). Also, a little more attention to cleanliness would be good. 

He was here on time. It's a family business and his son and son-in-law help him. They cleaned up every single night. They even used a magnet to clean up all the nails. I was at home so I could give them water and let them in to use the restroom and they were just really genuinely nice and hardworking. They're honest and friendly and far away gave me the best price. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Awesome! Peter Cortez came to the house and gave us an estimate - his bid was a little bit lower than anyone else (we had 4 companies make estimates for us) --- his method sounded the best as we have a flat roof and didn't want foam or shingles. He was very friendly!!! Took us onto the roof and explained everything he would do - looked at all of the places where we were having problems with leaks and figured out a way to fix all of it. His crew came out a couple of days late because they were finishing up another job - no worries - we liked the fact that he'd be with us until our roof job was complete but wished he had called to let us know about it. His crew was mostly family members - all very friendly and all very hard workers. They spent the first day or two tearing off the old roof and removing all of the debris. Next, they sanded the fascia and put a coat of base paint on it... then they started working on fixing the low spots and replacing damaged boards in the roof --- new roof went on next then they repaired all the leaky spots by the fireplace... The swamp cooler connector took an extra week or so because he had to have the part made... once it was ready he scheduled it in and his crew came over to install it -- I'd say everything went very smoothly... only thing that was even a little bit less than perfect was communication about when they would be here - I didn't know exactly what day/time they were coming to put the swamp cooler back together --- came home one morning to find their smiling faces on the roof - all was good, loved the crew, and for the first time in 14 years that I've lived in the house there are no leaks - rain no longer brings stress with it.
