Joes Quality Plumbing Services

Joe is extremely reliable and is welcome into my home any time. He is very thorough with his work and will go above and beyond what he offers as his plumbing services. He was at my home doing plumbing work and I asked him to take a look at my water heater and he made some recommendations and then offered to properly install my dryer hose that connects from the dryer to the wall where the heat escapes outside of the garage and he did a great job and charged an inexpensive price for the work. He always charges a more than fair and honest price for his work. Although I have given him a lot of work and have probably spent over 1,000+ on his services, his work has been well worth it and he will always come to my home even when I have not been home to speak with him myself or at odd times when things tend to break. I truly recommend Joe to anyone, and I would recommend him personally to any of my friends or family if they become in need of a plumber.

Joe was very thorough and explained in detail everything that we could do to fix the problem. He understood that my intent was to keep costs low and he worked within my budget. I feel he is trustworthy and a man that takes pride in his work. Everything is now fixed and my wife is happy again.

I had no running water when I called him and he arrived immediately to take care of the issue. I am a single mother on a budget and he was able to work with me on the price and still provided high quality work. He will discuss different options and routes to take depending on your budget and preference. He took the stress out of my horrible plumbing situation and performed great work with ease. He is very honest and trustworthy and even guarantees his work for one whole year. He did more work that what was quoted, but didn't raise the price on me too much as other plumbing companies would. He really took my situation into consideration and still provided me with the help I needed instead of turning me away or charging me excessively. He does not take any short cuts on his work and will make sure the job is done right. He is a great licensed plumber and I recommend him to anyone! Very professional, reliable and will get the work done!

I have known Joe who possesses a professional plumbing license that was certified by the State of California for about one year. He provided me several plumbing related works for my store, a dry cleaners by the name of St.Mina's  where is located at 645 E. Hospitality Lane, San Bernardino, CA since I purchased this business in Sep 2013. In the nature of my business, no one can predict when an emergency situation occurs to repair my plumbing lines. During the last 10 months, I had several emergency situations to repair pipe lines immediately. Joe kindly responded every single time of these situations when I requested him to visit my premises to repair them. He did not charge any extra money even though he did finish works promptly.

Most of all, Joe is a warm-hearted man who always perform his job with loyalty and integrity. He also performed his job with zero defects. Another words, once he completed his works, I never recalled him for the same problem. As a business owner for over 25 years with several different businesses, I witnessed it was hard to find a good handy man like Joe. I experienced that most of technician were only working for money. I sensed that Joe was different than others because I think he enjoys his work before money.
