Imagine Staging & Interior Re-Design

Upon proof of Accreditation and License, we hired Gail Cawthorne of 'Imagine'  Home Staging and Re-decorating, after acquiring a  3200 square foot home and casita, in La Quinta, Ca. The home had been bank owned and neglected for at least 2 years.   It was a blank canvas and I was overwhelmed.  Every room needed to be completely redecorated and furnished.  Our first meeting at the property was to see the home, meet Gail, and let her troubleshoot the remodel. We clicked right way and immediately started with colors for the floors and walls. I had already picked out the color of the kitchen cabinets but I was having trouble with the tile and wall colors. Gail immediately came back with color cards showing my cabinet color and matching it up with exactly the color walls I was longing for but couldn't envision.  She presented the color cards for the walls, ceilings, trim and floor tile throughout, and then introduced us to a local Floor Tiler who came out that day with an estimate.  Hence, we were on the same 'page' and the work soon got underway. Gail seemed to know exactly what I wanted, even though I don't think I could have verbalized it. During the following stage by stage meetings Gail guided us through decisions on appropriate style/color for: soft goods, lighting, furnishings and enhancing decor.   She was aware that we were commuting from a distance and presented such items to us at the house for full effect and choice.  She worked diligently to accommodate our meetings through good communication, accessibility and reliability. The home turned out to be a dream thanks to “Imagine” and Gail and I would also like to include that Gail found us super good deals on everything from the couch to the towels. I would highly recommend Gail to help stage or redesign your home. This wonderful woman has a special talent for style and design. This was by far well worth the money...what a deal.
