Reliable Plumbing

Very responsive to all my questions and gave good advice.  Showed up on time and did a professional job, cleaned up after themselves, and job was at a fare price.  I would use them again if the need arises .

Other plumbers I called all wanted to replace the entire water heater for a cost of at least $800. Reliable Plumbing diagnosed the problem and simply replaced the heating elements, for a total cost of only about $150. They were very pleasant to deal with.
We also had them fix a leaky toilet seal,  which they did at a very reasonable price.

Prompt arrival, did all the work in an hour and left no mess!

showed up about 30 mins late but called first to give heads-up.  polite and considerate.  not a problem.  i didn't ask why they were late, but I would guess it had something to do with the call being at 8:00am and probably the first call, and their office being located in Lake County (a good distance).
Performed the repair expeditiously.  (Leak at union in copper line)  Replaced 2 foot length of copper pipe with a material called pvx, and took the time to explain the advantages of this material (like pvc except better).
It was a simple repair but required crawling through a space about 3 feet high under house.  Glad I didn't have to do it.

They were reliable and they were great. They showed up when they said they were going to. I gave them the wrong information. I thought I had a gas water heater and actually I had an electric one. They went back and got an electric one. They lowered the price, because they are cheaper. They came back and was very efficient. They really did a great job.

Professional, on time, and the repair was fixed in half an hour.  I was impressed with his courtesy, clean up, and efficiency.  Also seemed to me he was an honest and straightforward guy.  This is my new plumber!

Everything went very well.  I was very pleased with them.  The price was very good.  They did a very good job.  I would use them again.  They were pretty efficient.  They were very friendly.

I was very disappointed that they were not covered on the list, even though they had many outlets. I spent about $1250 on that work. My experience with them went really well. The last job they did for me went very well and they came on time. They were easy to deal with and did the whole job without any hiccups and were out within 2.5 hours. The cleaned up nicely after themselves and the products they provided worked as described and well. I would use them again if I had another plumbing project.
