Ms. Madsen arrived on time and professionally dressed. She was familiar with the papers and conducted herself in a businesslike manner. She was patient with my father and even joked with him at one point about something to put him at ease about the whole process. Besides all that, the fact that she will come to you is a real plus. It was so convenient not to have to drive someplace to have this done. It didn't take long at all either.
