We called Thompson and they were out in a flash. Fixed in about 10 minutes. They are our go-to plumber to get things done correctly and the right way. The other guys were a bit cheaper, but never completely fixed our problem. In the long run, the other guys had to come out more often, costing our building more.

They were amazing. Had a Friday night event at our church where some bored kid put massive amounts of TP into the system and completely backed it up. They came first thing Saturday morning and got it cleared (no small feat) so that it wouldn’t impact our weekend services. Love these folks!!

This is a family owned business and they are on top of everything!! The office staff is very communicative. They let you know when your tech is on the way and they also follow up with a phone call the day after to make sure everything went well. Don showed up and was very polite and seemed happy to be doing the job I requested. He came on time and explained everything he would be doing as well as cost. I signed some paperwork and he got right to it. After he was done he cleaned up everything like he was never even there. I really appreciated that as I've had other work done in my house and it seems like most people leave a mess behind. Everything was installed perfectly and I have had no issues since. They have come out one other time on a weekend on an emergency call and I couldn't be more thankful for their willingness to show up so quickly when i had a leak on a weekend and at night. Amazing customer service and really nice people to work with. So glad a local company is out there doing great things. I've heard people talk about cost but you definately get what you pay for with them. I live alone and always feel safe especially knowing they're family owned and touch base with you every step of the way.
