We had our roof repaired on 04/2016 paid $3533.92 it was used Sta-Kool Elastomeric-15 yr warranty. After the raining months were over we checked the roof and there was damage due to them failing to make all the flat roof leveled, the material lifted of the roof in a few spots, I called the number provided on my paper work was out of service went to their website and called the other number on website, a lady answer she said no longer worked for that company but would give them the message. I did not get a call back from them. I also emailed them to let them know they needed to fix the damages to our roof, did not hear from them. The warranty on labor is for 3 years. Called to 909 963-8258 10/24/2017, 10/24/2017, 10/26/2017 emailed to [email protected] 10/23/2017, 10/24/2017, 10/24/2017, 10/27/2017. Theres is like 10 damages in our roof. Thanks
