This is the Company to hire! Roney is the BEST! Our roof was really badly done about 8 years ago. Roney fixed it, brought everything up to code with the new layer of shingles and we are sitting pretty for El Nino. His price was very reasonable.......

Take a deep breath, relax, this is the company you will want to hire. Or as the city inspector told me ���Don���t worry, these guys are great. You will not have any problems���. I called Roney knowing the underlayment on my roof had clearly reached the end of its lifespan and it was really only a matter of time before my one problem area turned into multiple problem areas. He came the same day and took a thorough look at the problem area and a quick walk around of the rest of the roof as well. Having interviewed close to half a dozen roofers I was fairly well informed and his description of the problem was in line with what I heard from several other companies. He provided me a written estimate on the spot for the area to be repaired and at my request an estimate for completing the whole roof. The estimates were beyond fair and I decided to hire him the following week to reroof the whole house. Roney and his team handled everything flawlessly. Throughout the project Roney was organized, professional and kept me well informed as to any unforeseen issues. My home was built in the 30���s so every project has unforeseen issues and a project of this scope just ensures they will be that much larger. We ran into one major problem that required essentially replacing 10��� of wood around the entire perimeter of the house. Roney priced out the replacement cost using solid lumber (easy, fast, expensive material) and an alternative method using a high end plywood (less expensive material but very labor intensive as each board must be hand cut). Roney explained the problem, why it had to be addressed (city will not sign off without the work), and the two alternatives. He recommended the less expensive plywood approach and offered to cover the added labor. He also noted he had already contacted the inspector who agreed this method would meet the code requirement. The inspector told me in person in his opinion this was the better method too. This was a HUGE project for me and to say I was nervous about the hiring process is a major understatement. All I can say is that I am thrilled with how everything went and can finally sleep through the night when it rains!

They returned calls, showed up on time, and did quality work. There was one minor detail I would have liked to see done, that wasn't, but nothing that would prevent me from hiring them again. And, who knows, maybe that one little detail was something that wasn't able to be done?

Ron was always there on time. At the end of each workday all materials were cleared away and the site was clean. All work was done in a workman like manner and as promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Spoke to Roney and Rosa. I explained the repairs were needed in order to close escrow on the property. Quote was professionally received in writing via email with 3 year guarantee. Not an emergency but definitely urgent. Roney came out to perform the estimate as promised and performed the work a few days later as planned. I met him out at the property when he completed the work. He repaired the lifted asphalt shingles in a matter of hours. I asked him to take pics of the repairs so I could submit them to my home buyer. I own multiple properties. Would use this pro again if/when needed.
