He tried for about an hour to find the leak and couldn't find it. He told me he could go on but it would cost $75.00 per Hr.to do that or he could use a camera inserted into the pipe that would show him right where the leak was and that would coast a flat $275.00 to use the camera. He said the job would coast around $800.00. After finding the leak he said it would be best to re-route the PVC pipe cause of tree roots. So when all was finished for him to dig a trench 12"-18" wide and 18"-36" deep and replace about 30 feet of PVC pipe I was charged $1200.00. Not bad for 7 Hrs of work, I should have been a plumber. He told me he gave me a break on the price, that it should have coast around $1600.00 for that job. Some how I don't feel like I had a break on the price...... There is nothing wrong with the work he did, only the price I had to pay for the job.

I could not have made a better choice than Rick Garner of Proserve. I chose him out of others in the area because he showed he was licensed, bonded and insured which none of the others did. He was very polite, friendly, and honest, and gave me choices of water heaters only after he checked to make sure I really needed a new appliance, and not just a repair. While he was here I asked him to check my dryer vent which I knew had a leak, and he went out and bought a new section, installed it, and swept up all the lint behind and under the dryer. I would not hesitate for a minute recommending him to anyone. He will be my plumber whenever I need one.
