Premier Plumbing Maintenance is the best plumber that I have ever hired. Richard, who is the owner, is very easy going and is very easy to work with. He is very knowledgable and answered all my questions regarding to the job. First day, Richard and Eddie came to my house to run a sewer camera in main sewer line to see how it is laid out. My sewer line zigzags across my front yard to the city sewer line stub at the street curb.They marked my main sewer line skillfully. Second day, They dug the 5 feet deep trench using a backhoe. Richard operates the backhoe super skillfully without breaking a single water line, gas line, or sprinkler lines. This is just incredible! Third day, Richard and Eddie installed the new 4 inch diameter ABS sewer line. Fourth day, Eddie and Edgar removed the entire old clay sewer pipe. I mean every little piece of the old clay pipe was removed. This is incredible! The city inspector did not show up to inspect until 2 PM so we have to continue another day, since the trench cannot be covered until after the city inspector has approved the sewer line installation. Fifth day, Richard fixed a leaking main water line. Richard, Eddie, and Edgar filled the trench using a compactor and reinstalled the grass. Eddie made me a special tool for me to remove the flush clean out sealing cap. This is incredible! My new sewer line works great now. I can take a shower now without the bath tub filling up with water. Premier Plumbing Maintenance performed a super job. I am recommending Premier Plumbing Maintenance to my neighbors who need plumbing services. The price for replacing my main sewer line is very reasonable. I am super happy with Premier Plumbing Maintenance.

Got a call in the morning that his truck had been burglarized. I think I was more than understanding. We pushed the a.m. appt. Out to early p.m.

When he showed up, he did an excellent job. He was quick, efficient, and very clean about the job. He claimed they took his invoice book, so he broke down parts and labor on a piece of paper, showed it to me and I paid cash for the job. He said he would send me a copy of the bill if I gave him my email address.
I have since texted him about the invoice. Still haven't received it.
While his work was good, and his prices were better than the Arrowhead guy who wouldn't even entertain the notion of coming down for the job - not good with his paperwork.

Richard was very professional, respectful and cordial. He explained all the work needed and done in a concise manner, and he also went the extra step to provide information on how to minimize any further pipe damage. I would highly recommend him.

My dad using a shower seat had accidently punched a hole in our upstairs bathroom shower pan floor. The provider was quick to come out and look at my problem.  The provider was thorough to explain my options. Along with work and cost involved. I felt better having a plumber that thought outside the box and gave me options. My budget is limited. The provider did the work I choosed and he did a fantastic job.. I thought this would turn into a night mare but everything went great. The provider was very clean and respected my home. He also took the time to make sure the option I had chosen would indeed work. Which thanks to this provider it had and saved me ALOT of grief.

I was impressed at the response time to my call. The provider was able to get me a water heater at his cost. I bought the water heater and he installed it. This was a difficult task because the water heater is down stairs and in a tight spot. Not only was the provider able to get the new water heater down stairs without any damage to my house or things. He was very quick to get the new water heater up and going. He also took the time to make sure there was no problems  with the installation and hauled off the old water heater for my. The work was quick and respectful. I will gladly recommend this company.

There was only a set up for an electrical washer and dryer. I needed a gas line ran so that I can use my gas dryer.
The problem I hit was that the only point to run the gas off of was about 80 feet on the other side of  my property trenching through very hard ground. I had called around and got either too high of quotes, dates to far out or other complications. I called Premier Plumbing and had left a message. My call was returned promptly, which made me happy. The provider was able to explain what needed to be done in terms that I understood and was able to start work by the next day. I was impressed at how efficient
the provider was at digging the trench around the house to the garage. The hook ups in the garage were very neat and tidy. There was no mess left in my yard. The provider used safety measures while the trench around the house was open, which made me breath easier because I have children and animals.  I was even more satisfied when the provider did a follow up call to make sure the work was to my liking.
