WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL - THEY WERE ONTIME. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN LESS THAN 4 HOURS, WITHOUT A MESS OR DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR HEATING AND AIR NEEDS.
