Came out to t he house the same day I made the phone call to discuss the total job. within 4 days we  had a detailed written
estimate. we accepted this offer out of 3, and they came the next day to do the demolition.They kept every thing neat and clean as possible. They did everything we agreed on and more, the workmanship was very good and was exactly what we wanted also the job was finished in 9 days.This is a big kitchen and it was a big job.

Everything went well.  The contractor was very professional and explained what he was going to do and he was thee once he named a time and date.  They left the area clean and in order.

I was thoroughly impressed with the projects Howlout completed for me! We had a 9am appointment to begin work on Monday and they showed up approximately 20 minutes early. Given normal traffic conditions around that time of day, I was pleased with how punctual they were. The instant they arrived, their group went right to work! They were quick, efficient and definitely left me with an appreciation of how skilled and confident in their craft they really are. As each project was completed throughout the day, they would ask me to review their work and openly welcomed feedback so "issues" could be addressed on the spot. I am rather meticulous and was pleasantly surprised that even I could not find any "issues" with their work. I'm shocked to even be saying this...and this was one of the reasons I felt the need to write a review for this company...the end products were flawless!
As any consumer can attest, quality of work is key. However, after dealing with some of the Howlout members something else surfaced for me...something I've not typically experienced with other types of service providers...pride in work. At one point in the day, as one of the members was finishing up a painting project they came to me and asked if I still had leftover paint for another wall that was adjacent to the one they had just painted. Now mind you, that wall was not part of the project, but it did have dings and scuff marks from my son constantly throwing his shoes down the staircase. Low and behold, that Howlout member "touched up" the scuffed up wall...just because!! I was shocked...and truly grateful for their attention to detail...and pride in work. On top of it all, each and every member treated my home with respect. They were quick to clean up the dust, etc. that resulted from installing the recessed lights, cautious anytime items within the home needed to be moved and/or covered, and aways careful to ensure that my home was left the exact way it started out each day that they worked. 
I've shown a few colleagues pictures of their work and two co-workers have already taken down their information for projects in their own homes. In that I still have two bathroom remodels that I've lined Howlout up for, I almost didn't want to "share" this gem of a company that was referred to me...but figured my referral to other consumers was the very least I could do for them; understanding how difficult it is these days to truly find high quality craftsmen that you can trust in your own home.

We contacted Howlout general contractors about remodeling our vacation home, they said they were able to come out the very next day. Unfortunately we were out of town and could not do so, so we set an appointment the following week. That is when I met Tyrone and Anthony. I explained to them what we wanted to do as far as the remodel, (lighting, flooring, kitchen, bath, and tons of miscellaneous stuff). They were very professional and suggested some great ideas. :) We received our estimate from Howlout and it was very competitive. Although we were juggling between two contractors, we ultimately chose Howlout. We were extremely happy with the final product!!! I would definitely recommend Howlout general contractors to anyone looking for a contractor! 

The guys were great in working with us.  Initially we a had a long, long laundry list of things we wanted to do to the house - and that's how they bid the job.  As the project progressed, we kept coming up with additional changes or modifications to the original plan.  Not once did we ever hear that they could not accommodate - these guys operate with an absolute "CAN DO" attitude.  Because of the changes we made, the project took longer than originally planned - for both parties - but that was our responsibility.















In wrapping up the project, they were conscientious and sure to take care of every last detail.  In having done many projects on our home in San Diego, we have never had such a good experience.















We plan to do some more projects in the future (outdoor kitchen) and absolutely will call Howlout.
