My realtor actually recommended another company, however I was not so sure I trusted using a home inspector that they recommended. Since I have kids, the safety of the home was very important to me. I scheduled my inspection late at night, and was able to set it up for the very next morning! The inspector arrived on time (actually before my realtor and myself), and completed his inspection within the time frame we were given. He very patiently walked us through the issues he had found during the inspection, and engaged in small talk with us afterwards. Not once did I feel rushed or and I got the sense that he really loves his job. Upon receiving the report I had several questions about specific items, and my questions were answered in great detail my email within minutes of me asking. Pricing was very reasonable, and because I am a veteran myself (as is the owner of the company) I was given a discount. The information and insight I gained from my inspection was easily worth many times over the amount I paid, and I urge anyone else buying a home to carefully consider this company when looking for a home inspector.
