Dream Cars Auto Repair

This provider refused to service my cars. There was an argument between the owners and the lead mechanic who worked for them. When the two split, I received an unsolicited phone call from this provider telling me all the bad things about the mechanic who left. It was horrible; I felt bad for both sides but thought the phone call was very unprofessional. Still, I never badmouthed this provider and I still recommended friends who could use their service. The mechanic who left opened a shop much closer to my house. I used him for oil changes and some work. When I called Dream Cars (who was located over 10 miles from my home) for some major work on a specialty vehicle, the owner refused to serve me because I had used the other mechanic.
Bottom line is that their work was good when they all worked together. It is unfortunate that they would treat a good customer this way; I still do not understand why I cannot use both businesses. Now I take all my cars to a third party out of the area. At least this way I do not make anyone else mad and I get really good service.
I say use this service but be careful never to tell them you use other services too.

We were good to go and had enough fuel to get back home. When asked what the cost was, they said and quot;nothing!and quot; Well, we made sure they were paid and they became our saviors.

Unfortunately the Mercedes roadside service had no solutions....no suggestions to try a dealer (of any kind!) to see if a tool could take the faulty cap off and only offered an unacceptable alternative. By the way, it has taken four days for our local dealer to get a cap--seems as if they are backordered and unavailable. Good bless Dream Cars!

Well, Dream Cars does an excellent job. Not cheap, but very good quality. A much better situation than the Mini dealer in Ontario. I'm a fan of Dream cars!

This is a very good shop for European vehicles but I have even taken in my Toyota to have it serviced. They are very careful when doing the repairs and they are also very precise about the work that they do. I like that they will take the time to explain things to me and the prices that they charge are usually reasonable.
